I put a lot of time into my digitizing and all I ask is that you respect my work and do not Share, Copy, or re-Sell my designs.
Please do not use any of the pictures on this site without written permission.
You are free to stitch out my designs on to items you wish to sell, or give away as personal gifts. You are not free to re-sell my dresigns.
Refunds and Exchanges: Due to the nature of this product at its ability to be reproduced, refunds and exchanges are not available. Embroidery designs are treated like opened software, once opened it cannot be returned. However, should a file be corrupt it will be replaced for you.
In the unlikely event that a CD should be damaged, please return it and a replacement will be sent to you. However, all CDs are checked before posting, so this should not occur.

If you have any queries regarding your embroidery machine, if we are able, we will be only too pleased to help.
Should you require your designs in a larger hoop than 5x7 - please do contact me though this site, and we shall enlarge them for you to the required hoop size.
In the event of your computer crashing, and you lose all your designs, I am more than happy to reset the links for the designs you have purchased from me. Please do feel free to contact me should this happen to you.
