Placing your Order. Terms and Conditions.
Before proceeding to purchase designs, please register your details on our site - using the same address and email adddress you use for your Paypal transactions. Please be assured, your details are safe and secure, and will not be passed to a third party.
Having registered on my site, please do re-check your email address is correct.
Browse the embroidery design categories, select the required format and add the selected item to your shopping cart.
(Please note: if the format you require is not listed, please email Moving Stitches with your required format ). We have not listed all the available formats, only the most popular.
To continue shopping you can either click on another category and add further designs to you shopping cart. Alternately you can browse the designs, making a note of the item Product Code and add those to your shopping cart.
When you have selected your designs, continue to the next stage where you have options to have your designs on a CD; or download them yourself. Once payment has been received by PayPal a link will automatically be sent to you which will enable you download your designs. Your email address must be the same one you use for your Paypal transactions.
Be sure to check you spam box, according to your ISP, it may be sent to your spam box. Also, please check your mail box is empty - if it is full the links are returned to me.
Should you wish to have your designs sent on a CD, this will be posted out to you as soon as possible. Customers paying by cheque, will have their CD sent to them once your cheque has been received and has been cleared by the bank.
FREE Designs. When you select FREE designs at the same time as you buy your sets, add the FREE sets to your basket, once your payment has been received into my PayPal account, a link will also be sent to you to download the FREE sets. However, if you select only the FREE sets, the order will come through to me, but no link will be sent to you, and I will activate the link to be sent to you. All you do it just select ''Pay by Cheque'' that way you will not have to follow on to PayPal (they are FREE !!!)
